DAPPcoins is a currency that allows you to access exclusive offers and discounts when you shop on DAPP. You can earn and redeem DAPPcoins not only on DAPP but also on other partner brands that are part of the DAPPcoins program.
Is there a membership fee for DAPP Rewards?
No, there is no membership fee to participate in the DAPP Rewards program. All you need to do is click on the rewards program and join the program.
How many DAPPcoins do I get for shopping on DAPP?
You will receive 5 DAPPcoins for every Rs. 100 spent on DAPP. For instance, if you purchase a product for Rs. 1000, you will earn 50 DAPPcoins. Once your order is delivered, the DAPPcoins will be credited to your account after the return period (if any) has ended. Once the DAPPcoins are credited, you can redeem them immediately. However, please note that you will not earn any DAPPcoins for reward purchases.
What is the validity period for DAPPcoins?
DAPPcoins are valid for 1 year from the date they are credited to your account.
Is it possible to cancel rewards redeemed with DAPPcoins?
No, once you have redeemed rewards using DAPPcoins, it is not possible to reverse the transaction.
Is it possible to use DAPPcoins as the sole payment method for shopping on DAPP?
No, it is not possible to use DAPPcoins for the entire purchase amount. DAPPcoins can only be used to get a discount on a certain value of the cart, and the discount percentage is available on our website.
When will DAPPcoins be credited to my account after purchase?
Once your order is delivered, the DAPPcoins will be credited to your account after the return period (if any) has ended.
What happens to the DAPPcoins used for a purchase if I cancel or return the order?
If you cancel the order, the DAPPcoins used for the purchase will be credited back to your account immediately. If you return the product, the DAPPcoins used for the purchase will be credited to your account once the product has passed the quality check and the return has been approved.
If I cancel the order, will the DAPPcoins that were to be credited to my account also be cancelled?
Yes, the DAPPcoins that you were supposed to earn will be revoked for the cancelled order.

This will take you to the coins history page, where you can check the status of your DAPPcoins, including whether they are 'on the way,' 'credited,' 'redeemed,' or 'expired.'
